El Rancho Self Storage, Evergreen, Colorado

Located just minutes off of I-70, in Evergreen, Colorado, the project encompasses approximately four acres of industrial-zoned land. The development includes 90,000 square feet of indoor, climate-controlled self-storage space, with a total of 460 units, and 15,000 square feet of office warehouse space. The project planning process began in 2001 and was completed in the spring of 2003. The exterior of the buildings take into consideration the surrounding landscape and feature a combination of split face stone and stucco. The project has been rated as one of the highest quality self storage units in the state of Colorado.
