Meritage Development Group was formed by Scott B. Russell of Russell Solutions. The Company has successfully completed residential and commercial projects in Colorado and California.
While maintaining excellent relationships with both private and institutional investors, and having long-standing relationships with several local and national lenders, the company has taken advantage of opportunities as they emerge in proven, highly desirable markets.
