Leadership — Scott B. Russell, Principal

With a dual Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Real Estate, Mr. Russell graduated from Colorado State University in 1992. Following graduation, he worked as a real estate appraiser of both commercial and residential properties in and around Aspen, Colorado. In 1996, Mr. Russell began his career as a real estate developer by independently founding Russell Solutions, Inc. For the past 10 years, he has acted as developer, general contractor and project manager for numerous single- and multi-family residences in Aspen, Evergreen and other mountain communities in Colorado. Along with high-end residences, Mr. Russell has also developed multiple large scale, mixed-use commercial properties.
