More than 1,500 quality production homes have been constructed in Colorado and California with a common goal of creating affordable housing options with all of the style and charm of traditional neighborhoods. With lot sizes ranging from 7,500 to 10,000 square feet, home sizes range from 1,100 to 2,400 square feet for single level and 2,400 to 3,000 square feet for multi-level designs. Each project typically offers several floor plans and exterior designs to choose from and encompasses one and two-story configurations in order to appeal to a wide range of buyer needs. Architectural styling is created to best suit each development area and surrounding environment, while a range in finish details offer choice and aesthetic variation.
