John Patrick (JP), Managing Director
JP graduated from North Texas State University in 1969 with a BS in Education and a BBA in Business. He spent the next twenty years in the apparel business. He concluded his apparel career as Executive Vice President of Ocean Pacific Sunwear producing over $350 million annually, managing 18 licensees and approximately a 120-person sales force. JP moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in 1990 where he started building spec and custom homes until joining Russell Solutions to oversee the spec home division. With the formation of RGE Group, JP was promoted to Managing Director responsible for overseeing all projects, including specs, commercial, and production.
Martin (Marty) Gloria, Project Manager
Marty has been in the construction industry for over 22 years with experience in both residential and commercial construction. He began his construction management career in the San Francisco Bay area. For 10 years he was responsible for budgeting, scheduling, customer relations, safety, and construction while holding the company record for number of closings in one year. Marty relocated to Colorado in 1995 to continue his career as a construction manager for multiple projects from metro Denver to the Western Slope, including the Eagle Ranch project. He came to work for RGE Group in the summer of 2006 as a Project Manager for Stratton Flats in Gypsum, Colorado. Marty is responsible for all aspects of development from entitlements through construction and acceptance.
Matt Lamm, Acquisitions & Entitlements
After graduating from Valdosta State University in 1996, Matt relocated to Colorado where he worked in the hotel industry as a property manager for a luxury condominium resort in Snowmass Village. In 1999, he moved to Denver to work for Continental Homes where he held positions in the Construction and Land Development departments. He delivered over 3000 finished lots in his time as Land Development Project Manager, including the two largest communities in division history. Matt joined RGE Group in the spring of 2007, as a Project Manager for Rimrock. His responsibilities include the management of all aspects of land development from entitlements through construction and acceptance.
Jeff Volkert, Consultant
Jeff graduated from Colorado State University, where he majored in Economics and Political Science. He has lived in Colorado for 20 years. Jeff has an extensive background in Business Development and Management with a primary focus in Real Estate and the Home Building industry. He is very involved with the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver serving as the Sales and Marketing Council Co-Chair and as a member of the HBA Board. Jeff is also a licensed Colorado Realtor and is a member of the Vail Valley Board of Realtors. Jeff joined RGE Group in early 2007 as Project Manager and is currently managing four projects from Georgetown to Silt comprised of three commercial developments and one high-end residential development. Jeff is responsible for managing these projects from entitlements through acceptance as well as engaging tenants for the commercial parcels.
Andrew (Andy) Forstl, Sales Manager
Originally from New York, Andy Forstl graduated from Colorado State University in 1991 with a degree in Economics. He started his sales career working in Denver for several major telecommunications companies, including MCI, MFS and Qwest Communications. Andy made the transition to real estate sales when he moved from Denver to Vail in 2003. After founding a boutique residential real estate company, he joined the RGE team in the spring of 2007. He is currently managing all aspects of sales for RGE's 339-unit residential development, Stratton Flats, located in Gypsum, Colorado. Andy is a licensed Colorado Realtor and a member of the Vail Board of Realtors.
Cassie Coppersmith, Assistant Director of Finance
Cassie received her undergraduate degree in Finance from Creighton University in Omaha, NE. Upon graduation, Cassie joined Gridley & Company, a boutique investment banking firm in New York City. In 2006, Cassie relocated to Denver, CO where she began her career in Real Estate at LaSalle Bank, placing construction, acquisition, development, and stabilization financing for all commercial property types. Shortly after LaSalle Bank was purchased by Bank of America, Cassie, along with her team, joined CoBiz Financial to help establish the Real Estate Capital Markets group for the company. Cassie joined RGE Group in 2008, where her primary responsibilities include performing various financial analyses, and helping to secure both debt and equity financing for the various RGE projects.

Carrie J. Lee, HR/IT/Office Administrator
Carrie attended Oklahoma State University, and then transferred to Eastfield College in Mesquite, TX, majoring in Computer Technology and Drafting. After 5 years as a Planner/Buyer for a Telecommunications Manufacturing Company in Dallas, TX, she moved to Colorado. Carrie has lived in the Roaring Fork Valley four years. She started with RGE Group in May of 2006. With over 10 years of experience in her field, she brings a wide variety of computer and technical expertise. Carrie handles the day-to-day communications of the office, while maintaining the integral network, individual computers, and human resource requirements.

Ryan Martin, Project Manager
After graduating the University of Colorado at Boulder with a civil engineering degree in 1998, Ryan worked six years as a transportation planner and engineer for CH2M HILL in Englewood, Colorado. During that period, he obtained his professional engineering (PE) license. With several of his projects involving land use planning, Ryan discovered a strong desire for land development and moved his career to a project management position with a residential developer based in Denver, where in four years, was promoted to Director of Development Operations. While enjoying development projects on Colorado’s western slope, Ryan found long-term opportunity with RGE Group and joined in 2008 as project manager and owner’s representative for Stratton Flats in Gypsum, Colorado. Ryan is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and team taking Stratton Flats from final plat to a developed residential community, including site engineering, site infrastructure construction, home building, sales, marketing and homeowner association development.
